1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for courses, attending lectures, accessing materials, or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access our digital resources or enroll in our programs.

2. Course Enrollment & Fees

• Students must provide accurate, current, and complete details on all enrollment forms.
• Fees for core modules, optional subjects, and interview guidance panels must be deposited within the schedules outlined at the time of admission.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances, subject to the explicit discretion of the academy's Managing Director.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All study notes, booklet kits, UPSC syllabus blueprints, online video records, and mock test questions designed by CLS IAS Academy core faculty (e.g. Sobhan George Abraham, Mathews P. George) are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative Learning System. Students are strictly prohibited from distributing, copying, resale, or publishing our resources without formal written authorization.

4. Classroom Code of Conduct

As candidates training for prestigious national civil services, students are expected to maintain the highest levels of administrative discipline, integrity, and mutual respect within the academy. CLS IAS Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel any student who engages in disruptive, unethical, or disrespectful behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we deliver elite mentorship and extensive preparatory content, Civil Services Examination success depends ultimately on the candidate's self-preparation and ability. CLS IAS Academy does not guarantee selection or specific exam ranks.

6. Jurisdiction & Law

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings relating to course admissions, student registrations, or our digital platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
